This character is a remote control or R/C puppet. He contains tiny motors and a lot of other electronics which give him movement and allow his mouth of LED's (Light Emitting Diodes) to talk. He is controlled by a standard R/C transmitter like those used by model airplane hobbiests with one important difference...his movements are all preprogrammed making him a true robot.
