Mona got her name because as a young cub she was always moaning, whether she was being fed or sleeping.  She is extremely sociable, and was referred to as the "frolicy one". But don't let her fool you, she is a very dominant alpha female, and will do whatever it takes to remind anyone of that. She uses the same tolerance and patience to teach humans that she would use on teaching a cub. Mona is always the first to start a howl, and the rest will join in.
