Messages may be submitted to Channel 14 and 25 to appear on the "scroll". Commercial advertising is not allowed.
Messages should not be longer than 5 lines of 30 letters each, if possible.
The messages will run all day, along with all other announcements, whenever no taped or live programming is on either channel.
