Penumbra Music is a compact disc label based in southeastern Wisconsin dedicated to the documentation and distribution of creative and experimental music.
Since 1994, we have released thirteen CDs featuring acoustic and electroacoustic music, composed and improvised, featuring John Corbett, Thomas Gaudynski, Tom Hamilton, Terri Kapsalis, Fred Lonberg-Holm, Lou Mallozzi, Jon Mueller, Torsten Müller, Hal Rammel, Steve Nelson-Raney, Raymond Strid, Matt Turner, Gary Verkade, Michael Zerang, and Peter Zummo.
