Travel Briefs: Amtrak publishes nationwide schedule

For the first time since 1992, Amtrak has published a schedule for the entire railroad, from the Downeaster, which runs between Boston and Portland, Maine, to the Pacific Surfliner, linking Paso Robles, Calif., and San Diego.
